These two bio-conservation areas showcase Mexico’s biodiversity. The Aviary houses tropical birds like flamingos, toucans, and macaws in a lush jungle setting, while the Butterfly Pavilion is one of the largest in the country, replicating a natural ecosystem. Both were created as part of Xcaret’s conservation mission and provide interactive and educational experiences. Visitors can walk through the free-flight zones and observe animal behaviors up close.
