Known as the Wishing Column, this marble pillar has a thumb-sized hole said to have healing properties. Tradition says Emperor Justinian was cured after touching it. Visitors insert their thumb, rotate it fully, and make a wish. Moisture sometimes seeps from it, fueling beliefs in its mystical powers. It remains one of the few interactive and fun features in the building, blending legend and tradition.
